Using Studio Lights

I have not tried using a monolight diffusing it with a softbox. The 2nd light for fill was the Nikon SB-600 diffuse it through an umbrella. Before the shoot starts, I used the light meter. The very first time to test how the meter works with the continuous and wireless flash. Actually, I had a struggle configuring all the set up with no experience or no training. I did get some tutorial online that I am trying to copy and follow but working was a hindrance. It was quite odd  to try and experiment something based with my very own self reading.

Strobe 2nd Attempt

I wasn't too sure if the lighting on the camera will have the same effect if to transfer to a pc. So I checked and it was good. One thing I noticed that my ISO was a bit too high. So to correct some light color I used PP. Here's the shot and some editing.

I had the vision in my head so I can capture the angle that I want but with me not behind the lens was tough. Anyway, I did a few try and got so very tired after. I was using one tripod with the flash and diffuser. I set it to 1/4 power while I used d90 45 degree angle with a tripod and me holding the wireless remote control. The finish product:
